Sean Brindley, Health in Motion Physiotherapy founder is a HCPC registered chartered physiotherapist. Through Health in Motion Physiotherapy Sean aims to use his substantial background in sport and exercise to support local sportsmen and women by offering high standard sports injury rehabilitation.
Sean has experience of elite level sport as a competitor, academic, coach and as a multiple time national champion athlete. Sean understands the stresses and strains of high level sport and the importance of your health for competition. With an MSc in Sport and Exercise Science, a thorough assessment of your sporting performance from a biomechanical, physiological and psychological perspective is available.
Driven by an interest in improving performance Sean has substantial experience in strength and conditioning and has been involved in the coaching and development of several national and international sports people across a variety of sports including football, rugby, cricket, athletics, climbing, curling, table tennis and judo.
